Kirra Hill house has nice rooms to rent out with amazing ocean views from Kirra hill top of Rutledge street Coolangatta 4225 Qld. Large, sunny old 3 bedroom 1 bathroom 2 toilets house is warm in winter and cool in summer with killer views from rooms and balcony

all the way north up the coast. Close to all the shops, cafes, public transport, airport, SCU University. Easy walk, ride, to Kirra / Cooly Beaches. All included Wifi, electricity, BBQ, all the facilities, lots of Surfboards, skateboards, 50cc scooter, available. One person's private room has a queen bed and a clothes drawer can all be provided. cupboards in the hall directly outside the room also.

Rent is $250 per week paid 2 weeks ahead with 2 weeks key money 3-6 months or longer stay can be available. Students are welcome. Landlord has lived in Japan and can speak Nihongo and can also help with English study and safe Surfing lessons. MJ owner is an artist who also designs custom surfboards. household chores are shared and common areas to be kept tidy.
