MINK is opening a new store in Garden City QLD!

Australia's fast growing young women's fashion retailer is currently seeking an experienced, motivated store manager who enjoys working as part of a dynamic team. You need to have a strong customer service focus, a positive and safe attitude in the workplace and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
You will need to have availability to work on the weekends and during the weekdays.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:
• Minimum 1 year retail experience as a manager preferably in the fashion industry
• Experience in achieving monthly budgeted sales
• Excellent and strong customer service skills
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and drive your team to success
• Supporting, inspiring, motivating, training and developing team as a leader
• Experience to deal with high volumes of stock, planning and organizing
• Experience within managing day to day operations of the store
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
